Acharaka konfransı 15-18 iyul 2023-cü il tarixlərində BZT Akademiyasının nəzdində Türkiyə, Azərbaycan, Portuqaliya, İspaniya, Hindistan, Pakistan, Özbəkistan, Mavrikiya, Rusiya və Filippinin iştirakı ilə keçirilmişdir.

BZT Akademiyanın Azərbaycan direktorluğunun vitse-prezidenti,Turan Akademiyasının baş koordinatoru və Əbədi Birlik (GIB) hüquq məsləhətçisi İbrahimova Nərmin "Qoşulmama Hərəkatı-Azərbaycan" mövzusunda çıxış edib və vurğulayıb ki, "-Hərəkatın növbəti Zirvə Görüşünün Azərbaycanda keçirilməsi ölkəmizin qlobal proseslərdəki rolunun və beynəlxalq nüfuzunun gündən-günə artdığını təsdiqləyir. Prezident İlham Əliyevin də qeyd etdiyi kimi, "Qoşulmama Hərəkatına sədrliyin Azərbaycana həvalə edilməsi bizə göstərilən hörmətin, inamın və etimadın təzahürüdür". Qoşulmama Hərəkatının Azərbaycan üçün önəmini artıran amillərdən biri də bu təşkilatın prinsiplərinin ölkəmizin xarici siyasət prioritetləri ilə tam üst-üstə düşməsidir. Hərəkat dövlətlərin ərazi bütövlüyü məsələsində birmənalı mövqe nümayiş etdirir, beynəlxalq hüququn təməl prinsiplərindən çıxış edir. Azərbaycanın Qoşulmama Hərəkatında üzvlüyünün ilk günlərindən bu təşkilat ölkəmizin suverenliyini, ərazi bütövlüyünü və beynəlxalq səviyyədə tanınmış sərhədlərinin toxunulmazlığını birmənalı şəkildə dəstəkləyib, qəbul olunmuş bütün sənədlərdə Ermənistan-Azərbaycan münaqişəsini məhz həmin prinsiplər əsasında nizamlamağa çağırıb."
Konqresin sonunda beynəlxalq miqyasda etibarlı iştirak sertifikatı verildi. Tədqiqatların tam və xülasə dərslikdə çap olunacağı bildirildi. Müvafiq sənədlər və konqres materialları yaxın zamanda konferans kitabında nəşr olunacaq.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.

There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
