211 numaralı otobüs şoförleri, Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Bakanlar Kabinesi Merkezi Operativ Karargah tarafından verilen virüse karşı koruma için maske kullanma kurallarını kabaca ihlal etmektedir. Yani 102xeber.az sitesinin baş redaktoru Ruslan Hasanov, sürücüye neden bir maske takmadığını defalarca sordu, ancak bir cevap alamadı. 211 numaralı otobüs şefi Kemandar Muallim bu konuda defalarca bilgilendirildi, ancak şimdiye kadar hiçbir önlem alınmadı. Medyada Azerbaycan yönetiminin virüse karşı nasıl mücadele ettiği konusunda yeterli bilgi var.
