Şəki Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsində Mingəçevirdə arvadını öldürməkdə təqsirli bilinən Elnur İsayevin cinayət işi üzrə məhkəmə prosesi başa çatıb.
"Ölkə.Az" xəbər verir ki, hakim Rəşid Hüseynovun sədrlik etdiyi kollegiyanın hökmü ilə E.İsayevə 10 il 6 ay müddətinə azadlıqdan məhrumetmə cəzası verilib.

Qeyd edək ki, bu il mayın 20-də 1982-ci il təvəllüdlü Mingəçevir şəhər sakini Fərqanə İsayevanın qohumunun evində bıçaqlanaraq öldürülməsi barədə daxil olan məlumat əsasında dərhal prokurorluq və polis əməkdaşları tərəfindən məhkəmə-tibb ekspertinin iştirakı ilə hadisə yerinə və meyitə baxış keçirilib.

Faktla bağlı şəhər prokurorluğunda Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 120.1-ci (qəsdən adam öldürmə) maddəsi ilə cinayət işi başlanıb, müvafiq ekspertizalar təyin edilib.

E.İsayev Mingəçevir Şəhər Polis Şöbəsinə könüllü gələrək təslim olub, cinayətin aləti olan bıçağı istintaq orqanına təqdim edib.

İstintaqla hadisənin zərərçəkmişin əri 1974-cü il təvəllüdlü Elnur İsayev tərəfindən qısqanclıq zəminində aralarında yaranmış münaqişə zamanı törədilməsinə əsaslı şübhələr müəyyən edilib.

E.İsayev Cinayət Məcəlləsinin qeyd edilən maddəsi ilə nəzərdə tutulan cinayət əməlini törətməkdə şübhəli şəxs qismində tutularaq istintaqa cəlb olunub.
