Prokurorluq jurnalistin qətli ilə bağlı məlumat yaydı


Yanvarın 21-də saat 20 radələrində Şəmkir rayonu, Qədimqala kənd sakini, 1985-ci il təvəllüdlü Alıyev Bəxtiyar Adil oğlunun odlu silahdan açılan atəşlə öldürülməsi barədə rayon prokurorluğuna məlumat daxil olub.

Şəmkir rayon prokurorluğundan “Qafqazinfo”ya verilən məlumata görə, cinayət prosessual qanunvericiliyinin tələblərinə əsasən, prokurorluq əməkdaşları tərəfindən məhkəmə-tibb ekspertinin iştirakı ilə hadisə yerinə və meyitə baxış keçirilib, digər prosessual hərəkətlər yerinə yetirilib.

Aparılmış araşdırmalarla zərərçəkmişin dayısı oğlu 1980-ci il təvəllüdlü Aslanov Vasif Elman oğlunun şəxsi münasibətlər zəminində aralarında yaranmış mübahisə zamanı ov tüfəngindən atəş açaraq Bəxtiyar Alıyevi qəsdən öldürməsinə əsaslı şübhələr müəyyən edilib.

Faktla bağlı Şəmkir rayon prokurorluğunda Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 120.1-ci (qəsdən adam öldürmə) maddəsi ilə cinayət işi başlanıb, müvafiq ekspertizalar təyin edilib.

Vasif Aslanov şübhəli şəxs qismində tutularaq istintaqa cəlb olunub.

Hazırda iş üzrə zəruri istintaq tədbirləri davam etdirilir.

Xatırladaq ki, qətlə yetirilən şəxs özünü jurnalist kimi təqdim edib. Onun "Qərb bölgəsi press" adlı qəzetinin təsisçisi olduğu bildirilir.
