"1000 BƏRƏKƏT, HALAL NEMƏT”DƏ KOLBASALAR BELƏ HAZIRLANIR



2009-cu ildə Xırdalan yaxınlığında iki istehsal xətti olan, ətin emalından, kolbasa və delikateslərin buraxılmasından tutmuş konkret istehlakçının sifarişinə uyğun hazır məhsulun yüklənməsinə qədər bütün emal prosesini müstəqil həyata keçirən tamamilə yeni müəssisə tikildi.

Avstriyanın aparıcı istehsalçısı «SCHALLER» texnoloji kompleksinə əsaslanan, gigiyenanın ən yüksək tələblərini və ciddi laboratoriya ekspertizasını özündə ehtiva edən «Sahliyali» haqlı olaraq bazarın liderinə çevrildi. Şirkətin bütün aparıcı mütəxəssisləri Avropada tam təkrar hazırlıq keçdilər və şirkətin tarixində yeni səhifə yazmağa tam hazır idilər. Məhsullar tam rebrendinqə məruz qaldılar, malların qablaşdırılması dizaynını dəyişməklə bərabər, dad keyfiyyəti nəzərə çarpacaq dərəcədə yaxşılaşdırıldı.



«Sahliyali» şirkəti fəaliyyətə 1996-cı ildə Azərbaycan bazarında iri ət təchizatçısı kimi başlayıb. Növbəti üç il ərzində şirkətin əsasında ət məhsulları çeşidi bir neçə kolbasa növü ilə təqdim olunan ilk kolbasa sexi yaradıldı. İlk növbədə kolbasa məmulatlarının keyfiyyətinə və nadirliyinə diqqət yetirilirdi.

İllər keçdikcə bazar inkişaf etdi, istehsal olunan ət məmulatlarının çeşidi genişləndi, şirkətin məhsulları istehlakçılarda etibar qazandı. Şirkətə daim inkişaf tələb olunurdu, lakin köhnəlmiş texnologiyalarla buna nail olmaq çox çətin idi. Buna görə həmin dövrdə şirkət rəhbərliyi avadanlığın modernləşdirilməsini və məhsulun keyfiyyətinin yaxşılaşdırılmasını əsas prioritet kimi müəyyən etdi.
