Daha bir qızıl medal qazandıq


Paracüdoçumuz Sevda Vəliyeva “Tokio-2020” Yay Paralimpiya Oyunlarının qızıl medalını qazanıb.

52 kiloqram çəki dərəcəsində çıxış edən qadın paracüdoçumuz qazaxıstanlı Dayana Fedossova və Türkiyə idmançısı Zeynep Çelikə qalib gələrək həlledici mərhələyə yüksəlib. Finalda cüdoçumuzun rəqibi Özbəkistan təmsilçisi Parvina Samandarova olub. Rəqibini məğlub edən S.Vəliyeva Azərbaycana dördüncü qızıl medalı qazandırıb.

Qeyd edək ki, bunadək Azərbaycanın hesabında 5 medal var idi. Paracüdoçular Şəhanə Hacıyeva (48 kiloqram), Vüqar Şirinli (60 kiloqram) qızıl, Namiq Abaslı (66 kiloqram) bürünc medala sahib olublar. Yüz metr məsafəyə üzgüçülük yarışlarında Raman Saleh Paralimpiya çempionu adını qazanıb. Pauerliftinqçi Pərvin Məmmədov (49 kiloqram) isə fəxri kürsünün üçüncü pilləsinə qalxıb.

“Tokio-2020”də ölkəmizi idmanın 6 növündə 47 kateqoriya üzrə rekord sayda - 36 idmançı təmsil edəcək. Atletlərimizin 24-ü kişi və 12-si qadındır.

XVI Yay Paralimpiya Oyunları sentyabrın 5-dək davam edəcək.
